WebET

AI deployments, office automation and dedicated systems.

We build systems for companies and stay responsible for them after go-live, as we do for our own products in 25 countries.

AI deployments — our flagship service.

Documents, assistants on company data, decisions with escalation to a human, and integrations. The full offer, how a deployment runs and answers to common questions are on a separate page.

AI deployments: the full offer

All three of our products use AI every day

Qkwit
reads, classifies and books documents in the mode the client chooses.
CheaperForDrug
recognises a basket from a photo and suggests cheaper substitutes.
Brokik
adapts a lease to an instruction written in plain language.

Amounts are always computed by an engine or approved by a person.

We automate whole office processes, not single clicks.

Our second flagship service: document flow, invoices, approvals, reports and data between systems. The principle, how we work and answers to common questions are on a separate page.

Office automation: the full offer
  • Documents and e-mail

  • Invoices and settlements

  • Approvals and workflow

  • Reports

  • Data between systems

Dedicated systems and integrations.

We build systems from scratch or develop the ones that already work, and connect them with the rest of the company.

Get in touch
  • Systems from scratch

Applications for customers and teams, designed around the process that really exists in the company.

  • Integrations

We connect new systems with what already works: industry systems, data, payments and customer communication.

  • Many countries, languages and regulations

One platform with local adaptation per market. That is how Brokik works: 25 countries and 17 interface languages.

  • Data from scattered sources

Organising data from many systems into one model you can calculate and report on.

Operations and development after go-live.

We don’t hand the system over and disappear. We run it the way we run our own products — every day.

Monitoring

We monitor how the system runs and respond to errors.

Measured results

We measure what the system changes in the company’s work and develop what brings a return.

Development at the pace of the business

New regulations, markets and processes are introduced in stages, without rewriting the system.

Industries we have experience in.

We have a long engineering history in automotive and in banking and finance, and we deploy AI in companies that handle a lot of documents.

Automotive

Customer and after-sales systems for showrooms and workshops, integration with dealer systems and vehicle data, operations after go-live.

Banking and finance

Deterministic decisions, an audit trail and human oversight: every decision has a source, a time and an author, and AI proposes but does not decide.

Service companies with document workflows

Law firms, offices, property administrators and service companies: AI reads and classifies documents, and unusual cases go to a human.

From the first conversation to a working system.

  1. Conversation

A few sentences about how the work looks today are enough to start. We reply with where we would begin.

  2. Audit and scope

We sit with the people who do the work, map the process and pick a small first stage.

  3. Build in stages

Each stage reaches users before we start the next one — with tests and independent review.

  4. Operations and development

After go-live we keep running the system: monitoring, fixes and development.

Common questions about working with us.

How do you price a project?

We agree the price with each company separately, for a specific scope: what we build and which systems it has to connect to. We price a working system, not hours. We learn the scope in the first conversation or in an audit, and that step comes with no commitment.

How long does the first stage take?

The length of the first stage depends on the process and the data: how many exceptions the process has, how many systems it connects to, and the state of the data. We learn that in the audit, so we don’t give a timeline before then. Each stage reaches users before we start the next one.

Where do you process our data, and what do we keep after the project?

We process your data in the European Union. When the project ends, you get everything: the code and the data.

Can we work with you in English?

Yes. We work in Polish and English, so you can write to us and run the whole project in English.

What to check before signing an AI implementation contract

A contract for an AI implementation differs from a typical implementation contract in a few places that are easy to miss in the excitement after a good demo. Here's a checklist of what to check before you sign — from the buyer's side, not the vendor's.

Finance

Automating banking processes without losing control over decisions

Automating banking processes doesn't mean handing AI control over financial decisions. It comes down to choosing the right processes to automate, and making sure any decision with a real financial consequence stays with a human or deterministic code.

IT systems integration in the automotive industry: common challenges

A dealer management system, a service system, and a parts warehouse rarely talk to each other the way they should. In automotive businesses, IT integration usually comes down to groundwork: making the same data look the same everywhere.
